Synaptogenesis Research Group is a laboratory conducting multidisciplinary research on synapses in the brain and brain neuronal network, skeletal muscles, and neuromuscular junctions. Our laboratory is multicultural, with half of the lab members coming from abroad. We are committed to conducting innovative research at the best international level. We are currently recruiting a postdoctoral researcher for a project funded by the National Science Center (NCN) grant 2022/45/B/NZ3/03688. In this project, we will study the molecular mechanisms that regulate brain organization, synaptogenesis, and mouse behavior. The brain is the most complex organ in the human body, and we still have a limited understanding of its organization and function. Its malfunction leads to severe neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders. Our laboratory uses a wide range of techniques, including protein complex purification, mass spectrometry analysis, histology, cell culture, genetic manipulations, viral gene delivery, and behavioral testing on conditional knockout mice. By joining the project, you will learn a lot of techniques from various fields of biology, and the results obtained will likely be published in good international journals

• Planning, conducting, and reporting experiments in the field of translational biotechnology and immunobiology. • Advanced laboratory work with biological material (tissues, cells).
• Participation in projects related to biomarker identification, molecular validation, and the development of new diagnostic tools.
• Work with cell cultures and organoids.
• Participation in the analysis of molecular and spatial data in cooperation with analysts.


• Development of protocols and SOPs, and ensuring the quality and regulatory compliance of experiments.
• Active preparation of scientific publications, participation in conferences, and building a scientific portfolio.
• Cross-platform collaboration (clinical, analytical, pathological) in national and international projects.
