General information

  • This privacy policy governs the use of the website test.lukasiewicz.gov.pl (here after referred to as: „Website”), including the rules for storing and accessing data on the Service users’ terminal equipment.
  • Administrator of the Website and controller of the personal data processed through the Website is Łukasiewicz Centre, based in Warsaw (02-822 Warsaw), ul. Poleczki 19 (here after referred to as: „Administration”). Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found at KLAUZULA INFORMACYJNA – principles for processing personal data.
  • The administrator of the personal data collected via the forms in the “Career” tab – Combine education with work at Łukasiewicz is the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Kraków Institute of Technology. Detailed information on the processing of personal data can be found under the available recruitment form.
  • The Website collects data about users. Part of the data is collected automatically and anonymously, and part of the data is personal data voluntarily prvided by users via a form placed on the Website.

Some data (without identifying information) may be stored in cookies. Part of the data (without identifying data) may be transmitted to a statistical service provider.

COOKIE POLICY
      • The Administrator, through the Website, uses cookies (text data stored on the Website user’s terminal equipment) to collect information on the use of the Website by users.
      • The following cookies are used on the Website

        a) Internal cookies – files uploaded to and read from the user’s device by the Service’s data communications system,

        b) External cookies – files placed on and read from the user’s device by the information and communication systems of the external services defined in point 3 below. The scripts of the external services that may place Cookies on the user’s device have been deliberately placed on the Website through the scripts and services made available and installed on the Website

        c) Session cookies – files uploaded to and read from a user’s device by the Website during a single session of that device. When the session ends, the files are deleted from the user’s device,

        d) Persistent cookies– files uploaded and read from the user’s device by the Service until they are manually deleted. The files are not deleted automatically after the end of the device session unless the configuration of the user’s device is set to delete cookies after the end of the device session.

4. The services provided by these sites are outside the control of the Administrator. The providers of these services have their own terms and conditions and their own privacy policies. Remember that in your browser settings you can decide on the allowed cookies that can be used by individual websites. The Administrator makes all possible efforts to verify and select partners of the Website in the context of user security. The Administrator selects well-known, large partners with global public trust for cooperation. However, it does not have full control over the content of cookies from external partners. The Administrator is responsible for the security of cookies, their content and their licence-compliant use by the Scripts installed on the Website, originating from external services.

5 The purpose of the use of cookies by the Website is to improve and facilitate access to the Website, to keep statistics related to the number of users, the number of visits to the Website, the types of devices connecting to the Website The purposes of the use of external cookies are indicated in the relevant privacy policies of the external websites.

The mechanisms for storing, reading and exchanging data between the cookies stored on the user’s device and the Service are implemented through the built-in mechanisms of web browsers and do not allow the collection of other data from the user’s device or data of other websites visited by the user, including personal data or confidential information. The transfer of viruses, Trojan horses and other worms to the user’s device is also virtually impossible.

7. The internal cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the users’ devices and do not contain scripts, content or information that may compromise the security of personal data or the security of the device used by the user.

8. The Administrator uses all possible technical measures to ensure the security of the data placed in cookies. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties including the user’s activity. The Administrator shall not be held responsible for the interception of such data, impersonation of the User’s session or its deletion, as a result of the User’s conscious or unconscious activity, viruses, Trojan horses and other spyware with which the User’s Device may be or has been infected. In order to protect themselves from these threats, Users should follow good practices for safe use of the network (up-to-date operating system, up-to-date anti-virus software, use of secure and trusted WI-FI, etc.).

Regarding the provisions of Art. 13 par. 1 an 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), below we present information and rules on the processing of personal data by the Łukasiewicz Research Network – Krakow Institute of Technology.

Purpose of processing
Your personal data will be processed by the Institute for the purpose of conducting future recruitments for positions at the Łukasiewicz Centre and at institutes belonging to the Łukasiewicz Research Network, as referred to in the Łukasiewicz Research Network Act of 21 February 2019.

Legal basis for processing
The Institute processes your personal data on the basis of 6 par. 1 a) GDPR and if you include in your application sensitive personal data referred to in Art 9 par. 1 GDPR, based on Art. 9 par. 2 a) GDPR – that is, based on your consent to the processing of personal data.

Scope of personal data
The scope of processed personal data is defined in particular by Art. 221 of the Labour Code.

The provision of data is voluntary.

Exercise of rights
You have the right to request access to your data, the right to rectify or supplement it, to request its erasure in cases provided for by law, to restrict its processing, the right to object to the processing of personal data the provision of which is voluntary, and the right to withdraw consent to its processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent given before the withdrawal. Before you exercise your rights, we will need to confirm your identity
in a manner individually adjusted to the request. If you think that the Institute’s processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki street, 00-193 Warsaw.

Data recipients
Recipients of your personal data may be:
- companies servicing the Institute’s equipment and software used to process job applicants’ data;
- providers of job advertisement publication services or providers of recruitment management systems (e.g. pracuj.pl, eRecruiter);
- courier companies through which correspondence with job applicants is conducted;
- Łukasiewicz Centre and institutes belonging to the Łukasiewicz Research Network, as referred to in the Act on the Łukasiewicz Research Network of 21 February 2019.

Your personal data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area and to international organisations.
