I have managed an international research team composed of scientists and key staff since 2015 as Scientific Director at Clariter. I was responsible for shaping the company’s strategy and scientific vision.

In addition, I have experience managing corporate intellectual property (IP) portfolios, and I am an expert in life cycle assessment (LCA) and environmental impact assessment. I specialize in chemical engineering and processes—I have over fifteen years of experience in R&D.

I earned my Ph.D. from the Silesian University of Technology, where I defended my dissertation titled “Catalytic Hydrogenation of Products from the Thermal Cracking of Plastic Waste.” I have also earned certificates in project management and technology transfer brokerage.
