Adam Okniński

Adam heads the Space Technology Centre at Łukasiewicz – ILOT, where around 100 engineers develop space propulsion technologies and rocket systems. Their solutions include ecological rocket engines, satellite deorbit systems and new-generation lunar landers, and are implemented in cooperation with sector leaders (Ariane Group, Avio, Thales Alenia Space, Airbus Defence & Space). The team has filed 20 patent applications in the last 5 years and has won numerous international awards.
Privately, Adam enjoys new culinary and film experiences and spending time with his wife and friends.

- CTH-B – Cis Lunar Transfer Habitat Bus (ESA, NASA)
- Development of the ILR-33 BURSZTYN suborbital rocket (Łukasiewicz – ILOT)
- Prequalification of solid propellant for satellite deorbiting (ESA)
