Higher education in electronics, materials engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related field
Knowledge in microelectronics, photonics, nanotechnology, or semiconductor physics
Good command of English, sufficient for working with technical documentation, reading scientific literature, and communicating on technical and scientific topics
Ability to work in a team as well as independently organize tasks
Readiness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges
MILE WIDZIANE:
Experience working in a clean room laboratory or in semiconductor/photonic technologies using techniques such as optical or e-beam lithography, plasma or wet etching, and thin-film deposition (PVD, CVD, ALD)
Ability to operate specialized research and technological equipment
Skills in maintenance and repair of research and technological equipment
Experience in R&D projects

CODZIENNE ZADANIA:
Execution of research assignments: both internal and for external clients
Ensuring selected research equipment remains in operational readiness
Performing basic service tasks under the supervision of experienced specialists
Operating research equipment, including (depending on acquired competencies) optical lithography systems, plasma etching tools (ICP-RIE), thin-film deposition systems (magnetron sputtering, electron-beam evaporation, ALD), and ellipsometers
Documenting and reporting completed technological processes
Contributing to the implementation of scientific and development projects
Participation in activities related to the development of integrated photonic circuit technologies
Compliance with health and safety standards and clean room laboratory procedures
