Ewa Śmigiera

She has been with the institute since 1998. From 2015 to 2016, she was the President of the Board of ChemSpin sp. z o.o., and from 2017 to 2018, she was the Head of the Technology Transfer Office at Łukasiewicz – Institute of Industrial Chemistry. In January 2018, she took up the position of Deputy Director for Research and Commercialisation. She serves as Director of the institute since 15 May 2024.

She is a member (currently chairperson) of the Supervisory Board of Silikony Polskie sp. z o.o. since 2017, and since 2019, a representative of the Minister of Science on the Scientific Council of the Institute of Fuel and Energy Technology. She represents Łukasiewicz – Institute of Industrial Chemistry on the Employers’ Council of the College of Engineering and Health since 2023.
