Education

He is a graduate of the Radom University of Technology and the Military University of Technology (Jarosław Dąbrowski) in Warsaw, where he defended his PhD with distinction, earning the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences. He also completed postgraduate studies in road traffic accident reconstruction.
