Marcin Parchomiuk, PhD, is an experienced manager in research and development. He has many years of experience leading research teams and R&D projects focused on industrial implementation and commercialization. He is an expert in the Energy and Transport domain, particularly in electric power conversion and storage, electric drive systems, renewable energy sources, and hydrogen technologies.

The author of numerous scientific and industry publications, he combines deep technical expertise with the ability to effectively manage strategic initiatives. He represents the Łukasiewicz Research Network on the Coordinating Council for the Hydrogen Economy at the Ministry of Climate and Environment and in the Mazovian Hydrogen Valley. He participates in numerous industry events and congresses addressing national energy security and defense.
