Research Support Coordinator in P4Health- Center of Excellence in Precise Phenotyping and BioDataBanking for Personalised Brain Health
WYMAGANIA OBOWIĄZKOWE:
– higher education degree in life sciences, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, pharmacy, engineering, or a related field,
– at least 2 years of professional experience in a research laboratory or research support environment,
– experience in preparing, reviewing, and managing SOPs, procedures, and controlled documentation,
– experience in maintaining quality documentation, such as registers, logs, forms, records, and templates,
– understanding of quality assurance, document control, traceability, and compliance principles in a research or laboratory setting
– ability to organise and coordinate day-to-day operational processes of a laboratory or technological platform,
– experience in cooperation with research staff and support functions such as procurement, quality, compliance and administration,
– very good organisational skills and attention to detail,
– ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and monitor deadlines,
– good command of English, both written and spoken, enabling work with project and procedural documentation,
– good command of standard office software tools
OPIS STANOWISKA:
The P4Health Center of Excellence, established at Łukasiewicz–PORT under the Horizon Europe Teaming for Excellence programme, is an interdisciplinary initiative focused on advancing P4 medicine through the integration of cutting-edge technologies, human tissue analysis, disease models, systems biology, and advanced data analytics. Its mission is to improve the understanding, diagnosis, and treatment of complex diseases, with a particular focus on cancer and neurological disorders.
The Research Support Coordinator will support the effective functioning of P4Health and its echnological platforms by coordinating documentation, SOPs, quality records, and compliance-related processes, while also assisting with day-to-day operational matters. In close collaboration with platform leaders, P4Health researchers, and institutional support units, the Coordinator will help ensure that platform activities are well organised, standardised, and aligned with project and institutional requirements
Codzienne zadania
– coordinating day-to-day organisational and operational support for P4Health and the technological platforms,
– supporting the preparation, review, updating, and implementation of SOPs and other procedures related to Platform operations,
– maintaining quality documentation, including registers, logs, templates, forms, and operational records,
– ensuring document control, versioning, completeness, and proper archiving of SOPs and related documentation,
– monitoring compliance of Platform activities with internal procedures, project requirements, and applicable quality standards,
– coordinating practical aspects of platform operation and support of P4Health researchers, including stock monitoring, ordering consumables, equipment servicing, maintenance follow-up, and general workflow support,
– supporting onboarding and training of staff in platform procedures, documentation requirements, and compliance standards,
– supporting readiness for audits, internal reviews, monitoring visits, and reporting processes,
– contributing to the standardisation and continuous improvement of technological platform processes and support services
– cooperating with compliance, quality, procurement, legal, ethics, and administrative teams as needed.
