
Andrzej Guzowski
Entrepreneur in Agris International, Sly France
In the years 1995–2015, as a president of the management board, he managed Unia Grudziądz, which he established together with another partner. He was simultaneously a president of the board of firms acquired by the Unia company. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. He is a legal advisor. In the years 1990 and 1994, he was a vice-president of Grudziądz and a member of the city council.
In the period of 2016–2019, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the Unia company; in 2019, he left the company and sold his shares in it. Currently, he is a majority shareholder of two French companies: Agrisem International and Sly France. They deal with the production of agricultural machines with a particular focus on machines that support new trends in European agriculture, consisting in a simplification of procedures connected with farming and direct seeding. Among their products there are machines for increasing water retention in the soil and ones based on green agricultural technologies, which reduce the use of artificial fertilisers.
