She has been with the institute since 1998. From 2015 to 2016, she was the President of the Board of ChemSpin sp. z o.o., and from 2017 to 2018, she was the Head of the Technology Transfer Office at \u0141ukasiewicz – Institute of Industrial Chemistry. In January 2018, she took up the position of Deputy Director for Research and Commercialisation. She serves as Director of the institute since 15 May 2024. <\/p>\n

She is a member (currently chairperson) of the Supervisory Board of Silikony Polskie sp. z o.o. since 2017, and since 2019, a representative of the Minister of Science on the Scientific Council of the Institute of Fuel and Energy Technology. She represents \u0141ukasiewicz – Institute of Industrial Chemistry on the Employers’ Council of the College of Engineering and Health since 2023. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n
