They have already established the G-Flake brand to offer customers flake graphene. But this is not the only technology that our institute&#8217;s experts have developed. Today we present to you GET, another brand, this time based on epitaxial graphene.   <\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ef7b81 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2ef7b81\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>GET\u00ae (Graphene Epitaxy Technologies) is a high-quality epitaxial graphene based on silicon carbide for digital applications in monolithic microwave integrated circuits. It is primarily used in wireless communications and radar techniques.<\/p>\n<p>GET\u00ae also provides a certification service for graphene materials according to IEC TS 62607-6-6:2021 (Graphene_Flagship) as well as proprietary graphene characterisation methods based on Raman spectroscopy, spectroscopic ellipsometry and atomic force microscopy. These are various types of characterisation methods. Raman spectroscopy is an analytical technique that takes advantage of laser light scattering to study molecular vibrations, and atomic force microscopy is a technique for imaging surfaces at the atomic level. Ellipsometry constitutes an example of using light for studying the optical properties of microstructures.   <\/p>\n<p>\u0141ukasiewicz &#8211; Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics also carries out works concerning magnetic diagnostic and plasma control systems for fusion reactors, so-called tokamaks. They aim to generate clean electricity in a safe way.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1872052 elementor-blockquote--skin-boxed elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"1872052\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\t- Creating a DEMO-class tokamak by the European EUROfusion consortium aims to move fusion technology from the scientific field to industrial research. It is a great challenge for materials technology and measurement systems. \t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-q-footer\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<cite class=\"elementor-blockquote__author\">dr in\u017c. Real-time magnetic fields are measured by 792 sensors (so-called hallotrons), of which 240 are exposed to temperatures of up to 500 \u00b0C and 552 to 200 \u00b0C. Moreover, the sensors are exposed to harmful neutron radiation.   <\/p>\n<p>This is a major technological challenge to which our GET\u00ae technology is the answer. Using it makes it possible to create high-temperature Hall effect sensors adapted to extreme conditions. They are being developed in terms of funding from the European M-ERA.NET3 I4BAGS project and the national NCN OPUS17, and previously NCBR LIDER VIII. They are currently being verified in cooperation with the Pozna\u0144 University of Technology, the National Centre for Nuclear Research, and the National University of Lviv Polytechnic. They undergo neutron radiation tests and thus their application potential is verified.    <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c3ac85e elementor-blockquote--skin-boxed elementor-widget elementor-widget-blockquote\" data-id=\"c3ac85e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"blockquote.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<blockquote class=\"elementor-blockquote\">\n\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-blockquote__content\">\n\t\t\t\t- The market advantage of the GET\u00ae results from its rich scientific and technological heritage.
