He is a graduate of the Faculty of Technical Physics, Informatics and Applied Mathematics of the Technical University of Lodz. He obtained a Ph.D. in technical sciences in computer science at the same faculty. He completed MBA studies at the Cracow University of Economics. He is a graduate of the Academy of Science Managers organised by the Foundation for Polish Science.<\/p>\n\n\n

He has managed numerous teams. He worked as a coordinator of science and technology at the National Science Centre in Krakow. He represented NCN in the international arena. He was a member of the Science Europe \u201cResearch Careers Working Group\u201d where he contributed to the development of European science policy. He has managed numerous projects. He was a deputy director of \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 Institute of Electrical Engineering. He is a member of the Scientific Council of the NASK National Research Institute and an expert of the European Commission, NCBR, CPPC, PARP and several Regional Operational Programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n
Photography has been his passion for many years. He is a photographer himself and is interested in the history and modernity of this means of artistic expression.
