\t<li>Collection, trimming, and preparation of samples for histopathological analysis.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Processing and embedding tissue samples in paraffin.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Performing microtomy and preparing microscope slides.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Biobanking of biological materials in compliance with the Biobank's internal procedures.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nStaining of Slides:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Performing standard stains (e.g., hematoxylin and eosin) and specialized stains (e.g., immunohistochemical stains, PAS).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Calibrating and optimizing staining protocols.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nOperation and Maintenance of Laboratory Equipment:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Operating microscopes, microtomes, automatic staining stations, and other laboratory equipment.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Conducting regular inspections and maintaining equipment in accordance with established procedures.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nData Documentation:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Ensuring accurate documentation of sample preparation and analysis processes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Digitizing histopathological slides and uploading them into the Biobank Research Group database system.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Collaborating closely with pathologists.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Preparing detailed reports.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nQuality Assurance:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Adhering to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) principles and standard operating procedures (SOPs).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensuring that all activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nTeam Collaboration:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Providing support in the implementation of experimental pathology projects within the \u0141ukasiewicz-PORT Biobank Research Group.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Collaborating with team members to develop the
